Another great week at Haven Jiu Jitsu. All classes were in full force with jiu jitsu, yoga, kickboxing, and combat cardio. I highly recommended all members try out all our classes at least once. You never know what you might like.
We were happy to have Zac Maneri, of Auburn Elite Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & MMA, join our affiliate program. Check out his amazing program next time you are in the Auburn area. - Getting into tripod pass from different guards
No gi:
- Back take from regular seat belt.
- Review triangle finish and cover armbar finishes

- Side control escape with underhook
