Haven Jiu Jitsu is committed to giving members the highest quality instruction through a curriculum-based approach. We have a fun and family-oriented atmosphere with a strong focus on self-defense, improved physical health, mental health, and confidence. We are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals on and off the mat. Haven Jiu Jitsu is committed to producing the highest quality product. Haven Jiu Jitsu is conveniently located off route 690 and close to the New York State Thruway in Baldwinsville, NY. Haven is equipped with two locker rooms, each with pristine bathrooms and showers.

We have two fully matted areas for simultaneous programs. The primary mat space is 2000 sq ft, while the secondary space has over 1200 sq ft. So that we can achieve the highest standard of cleanliness, mats are cleaned after every class. To add to the fun, Haven Jiu Jitsu has a projector and a bounce house for birthday parties and team building events!

  Great academy with a very knowledgeable instructor. Clean gym with super friendly staff. The perfect place for beginners or those who are moderately ok. I strongly recommend Haven Jiu Jitsu and if I could give them 6 stars I would. If you want to boost your child’s self esteem and teach them discipline, respect, and real self defence give Haven Jiu Jitsu a try you will not be disappointed.

  Ben is a great instructor and is definitely a much needed instructor in the area. Stopped in to visit while working in Oswego and they welcomed me and made me work! Great gym and clean too! Which is something I consider when training.
