This past weekend, Haven Jiu-Jitsu had a strong showing at the IBJJF Cleveland International Open, and we’re excited to celebrate the hard work of our competitors. A special shout-out goes to Omar Phillips and Josh Smith, who both came home with gold medals in their divisions! They showed great skill and determination, and we’re incredibly proud of their accomplishments.
In addition to Omar and Josh, we had Mark Stanard, Brett Haas, Dustin Cowles, and Jason Iorio also competing. Several of them earned spots on the podium, showcasing the hard work and dedication they’ve put into their training. Everyone gave their best effort and represented Haven Jiu-Jitsu with pride, and we couldn’t be prouder of the whole team.
We’re proud of every single one of our competitors for stepping up and giving it their all. These experiences push us forward, helping each of us grow stronger for the future.
